Warranty Policy

PCUSA.com warrants this product and its parts against defects in components three years labor and one year parts from the original date of delivery or pickup. During this warranty period, PCUSA.com will repair or replace all defective components with new or reconditioned parts at PCUSA.com discretion free of charge. All service and replacement will be done by PCUSA.com at the business location of PCUSA.com during the warranty period.

PCUSA.com makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to an implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this computer other than as set forth below.

All warranty products which required repair or service must be delivered to PCUSA.com location of business by the customer via drop off, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All costs incurred are the sole responsibility of customers. PCUSA.com will perform the service and return the products back to customer�s location free of charge.

PCUSA.com recommends customers to contact our technical support staff to explore the possibilities of resolved problems over the phone. Please remember most computers problems are software problems.

All products needed warranty must be shipped in with a RMA number which is obtained via technician at time of tech support, email or telephone.
